We attempted to theme this issue loosely around fresh expressions in urban areas. I think it has turned out differently, despite best intentions; this writing business isn’t always predictable! So we start with George, mainly because it sets the scene, that fresh expressions are not expendable; that people are more important than projects, causes, structures. That’s seems a pretty good theme to me.
